This position is perfect for the intrepid engineer looking to broaden their perspective or explore new areas of expertise. Our multi-disciplinary staff offers peer-to-peer learning environments so you can do deep dives into specific areas of practice or work on a little bit of everything… all while building leadership skills, learning how to manage teams, and working directly with clients.
Have the freedom to work independently, with senior staff around to support you
Help lead a team of junior engineers
Write technical reports, develop planning studies, and learn the ins and outs of Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Attend client meetings and coordinate with clients directly
Think critically and broadly, and enjoy problem-solving

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, EIT required
You have experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Water CAD, Storm CAD, AutoTurn, and other similar programs
Microsoft Word and Excel are a breeze for you
